Dreamy Autumn Yoga Nidra Series

 

Yoga Nidra is also known as “yogic sleep”, it’s a deep practice of guided meditation that enables the body and mind to rest in a conscious sleep-like state. It is an excellent practice for both beginning meditators and yogi’s as well as those who have been meditating and practicing yoga for years. EVERYONE can benefit from Yoga Nidra. It is said that yoga nidra helps to relieve stress and anxiety, improve memory, increase energy levels, balance the endocrine system, and improve body awareness.

This is a practice I personally love and can’t wait to share with you!

 

Trust and Rest:

October 3rd at 7:30pm at my home studio
Come join me as we explore the connection between trust and rest. Class will consist of an extended Yoga Nidra practice as well as some gentle breath work.

During this class we will practice gratitude and how it relates to our ability to rest. Class will consist of an extended Yoga Nidra practice as well as some gentle breath work.
